I couldn't figure out how to link this Likert Scale worksheet, so I've copied and pasted it here. I use a different formating, but the wiki site isn't working with me, so you can get the drift and make it your own. I used this as pre-reading discussion strategy as an introduction to "The Pardoner's Tale" of The Canterbury Tales, but it could be used for any lesson or unit introduction dealing with a theme of greed.
